1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Trading Cards, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.

2. What Trading Cards is

Trading Cards is a marketing and product website for HubSpot CRM card templates. It includes documentation, template descriptions, and a waitlist form.

Some templates or related instructions may rely on your own HubSpot portal, HubSpot permissions, API keys, or CLI access. You are responsible for using those tools in accordance with your own HubSpot account terms and permissions.

3. Waitlist and communications

If you submit the waitlist form, you agree that we may contact you about Trading Cards, product updates, and related announcements.

You can ask us to stop sending non-essential messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly.

4. Intellectual property

Trading Cards, including its branding, website content, docs, and product materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own internal evaluation and reference, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the site, or use it in a way that could damage the service or other users.

6. Third-party services

The site may link to or use third-party services, including HubSpot for the waitlist form and tracking code, and GitHub for source code or project links. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services.

8. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, contact us through the website or the channels listed in our product documentation.

If there is a conflict between these terms and a separate written agreement with us, the separate agreement controls for that conflict.
