Contact 360

Contact 360 adds a card to contact records that shows everything you need to understand a contact’s status and history at a glance.

CRM object: Contact

  • Lifecycle stage badge — colour-coded stage from Subscriber through to Evangelist
  • Open deals — count and total pipeline value of all active deals
  • Associated company — name, industry, and location
  • Contact details — job title and date of last activity
  • Recent activity — up to 3 most recent engagements with type, date, and preview

The following scopes must be included in your Personal Access Key:

  • Contact: firstname, lastname, email, jobtitle, lifecyclestage, hs_lead_status, notes_last_activity
  • Deals (associated): dealname, amount, dealstage, closedate, hs_is_closed
  • Company (associated): name, industry, city, country
  • Engagements: hs_timestamp, hs_engagement_type, hs_body_preview
  1. Open Trading Cards from the HubSpot top nav
  2. Find Contact 360 in the template library
  3. Click Deploy
  4. The card appears on contact records within ~20 seconds
